4. Orders & Acceptance
4.1. All orders placed with OnFabric are subject to acceptance and availability:
4.1.1. Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase
4.1.2. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued
4.1.3. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated
5.2. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice
5.3. Full payment is required at the time of checkout via our approved payment methods
5.4. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel affected orders.
5.5. When you submit your order, you warrant that you are authorised to use the card, account details and that there are sufficient funds to pay for the order.
5.6. You consent to our use of the services of reputable and secure third party payment service providers in order to process debit/credit card and account transactions.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery fee: We will charge a delivery fee for every order you place, which will be quoted and billed at checkout. The delivery options presented to you in checkout are dependent on your cart contents and delivery address.
6.2. Delivery: We will arrange for delivery to the delivery address that you provided to us in checkout. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the goods once we have delivered the goods to the delivery address you have provided to us.
Our couriers deliver between 09h00 and 17h00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and we only deliver within South Africa. Our ability to deliver is also always subject to certain factors, including the availability of the goods, the supply of accurate delivery address details and any other external factors which may be out of our control.
6.3. Delivery period: We will always do what is reasonably possible (but cannot guarantee that we will be able) to ensure that delivery happens within the approximate timelines indicated at checkout. If there are any delivery-related problems that cause unreasonable delays, you may refuse to accept delivery and we will refund you the Rand value that you have paid.
6.4. Accepting your delivery: If you are unable to accept the goods yourself, please ensure that your authorised representative(s) are available at the delivery address. If anyone else accepts delivery of the goods at the delivery address, they are presumed to be authorised to accept the goods on your behalf.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1. Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and should be reviewed prior to purchase. It outlines the conditions under which exchanges, store credits, and refunds may be granted.
