Shipping Policy 

This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works when you place an order with OnFabric.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Delivery Areas

1.1. OnFabric currently delivers within South Africa only.

1.2. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Fees

2.1. Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

2.2. Delivery fees may vary depending on:

2.2.2. Courier rates

2.2.3. Order size or weight

2.2.4. Promotional shipping offers, where applicable

2.3. Any applicable delivery fee must be paid when you place your order.

3. Delivery Timelines

3.1. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

3.2. While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

3.2.2. Public holidays

3.2.3. High order volumes

3.2.4. Incorrect delivery details

3.2.5. Weather or operational disruptions

3.2.6. Other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Processing

4.1. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

4.2. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may only be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Address

5.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

5.2. OnFabric is not responsible for failed, delayed or incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate delivery details.

5.3. If your delivery address needs to be changed after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed or dispatched.

6. Receiving Your Order

6.1. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address.

6.2. If someone else accepts delivery at your address, they will be deemed authorised to accept the order on your behalf.

6.3. Once the order has been delivered to the address provided, risk in the goods passes to you.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

7.1. If the courier is unable to deliver because no one is available, access is restricted, or the address is incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply.

7.2. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to OnFabric. We may deduct reasonable courier or handling costs before processing any applicable refund.

8. Split Deliveries

8.1. Where an order contains multiple items, your items may be delivered in separate parcels or on different dates.

8.2. You will not be charged additional delivery fees for split deliveries initiated by OnFabric.

9. Damaged Parcels or Items

9.1. Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

9.2. If your parcel appears damaged, or if the item received is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please notify us as soon as possible and provide:

9.2.1. Your order number

9.2.2. Clear photographs of the item and packaging

9.2.3. A description of the issue

9.3. Please do not remove tags, wear, wash or alter the item before contacting us.

10. Delivery Delays

10.1. If there is an unreasonable delay with your order, we will do our best to assist with tracking and resolution.

10.2. Where required by law, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund if delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable period.

11. Collection

11.1. Collection is not available unless specifically offered by OnFabric.

11.2. If collection becomes available, collection details and requirements will be communicated at checkout or directly to you.

Returns and Refunds Policy 

At OnFabric, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Should your purchase not meet expectations, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible exchanges.

1. Exchanges

1.1. Items may be exchanged for an alternative size or colour, subject to availability.

1.2. Where a suitable replacement is not immediately available, a store credit voucher will be issued for future use.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refunds are reserved for items that are confirmed to be defective or affected by a factory fault, and where an exchange cannot be fulfilled.

2.2. Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

2.3. Approved refunds will be processed via EFT within 30 days.

3. Return Eligibility

3.1.To qualify for a return, items must:

3.1.1. Be in pristine, unworn, and resellable condition

3.1.2. Include all original tags and packaging

3.1.3. Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

3.1.4. Clearly reflect the order reference number within the return parcel

4. Returns Process

4.2. Securely package your item, ensuring all original elements are included

4.3. Kindly share your tracking number once your return has been dispatched.

5. Sale Items

5.1. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.

5.2. Exchanges may be accommodated at OnFabric’s discretion, subject to availability.

6. Refund Processing

6.1. If your refund has been approved and proof of payment shared, but not yet received:

6.1.1. We recommend first confirming with your banking provider, as processing times may vary.

7. Shipping

7.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

7.2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable

7.3. In the case of approved refunds, return shipping costs may be deducted from the final amount

7.4. Delivery timelines for exchanged items may vary based on location
